About the role

You will be a primary point of contact for Lemonwares customers — hosting, domains, DNS, and Mailemon email.

Success looks like clear answers, careful follow-through, and customers who feel looked after.

What you will do

Triage and resolve support tickets across hosting, domains, and Mailemon
Guide customers through DNS and mailbox setup
Escalate platform issues with clear notes for engineering
Keep help docs and canned replies accurate

What we look for

Strong written English and calm phone/WhatsApp manner
Comfort explaining technical concepts simply
Familiarity with DNS, email, or hosting is a plus
Based in Lagos or able to work hybrid hours with the team
